Salt air rips into the jagged cliffs of Donegal, that wild, rugged corner of north western Ireland. It smells like wet stone and tall grass, smoke and damp forest, minerals and kelp, cedar and heather. Donegal is a subtle, intriguing scent for men and woman.

Packed with mineral-rich spirulina, clay and premium essential oils, Octobod soap cubes are extra moisturizing and will never leave your skin feeling dry or tight. We've combined the essential oils of smokey vetiver, woodsy cedar, bracing peppermint and evergreen-herbal lavender to create a subtle, riveting scent.

"Saponified" oils means that the oil has been mixed with sodium hydroxide, converting it into soap.

Olive oil is a liquid fat obtained by pressing whole olives. In soap, it produces a gentle, soft lather.

Coconut oil is harvested from the seeds of the coconut tree. In soap, we love that it that produces big, copious bubbles.

Castor oil is pressed from the castor bean. In soap, it contributes to large bubbles and is known for its hydrating and cleansing properties.

Shea Butter is a fat extracted from the nut of the shea tree, which helps to condition and moisturize skin.

Vetiveria Zizanoides (Vetiver) Oil Is the distilled essential oil from the roots of vetiver grass, native to India.

Cedrus Deodora Wood (Cedar) Oil is the distilled essential oil from the cedar tree, native to the Himalayas. 

Lavender Essential Oil Is distilled from the English Lavender flower.

Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil is the essential oil taken from the flowering parts and leaves of the peppermint plant.

Kaolin (clay) is a mineral formed over millions of years by the decomposition of granite. It is known for soothing skin and absorbing excess oil, and is considered to be the mildest clay used in skincare. 

Arthrospira platensis (spirulina) is a filamentous and multicellular blue-green algae.

Salt is a mineral composed of sodium chloride. In soap, it creates a creamy, dense and mild lather with very light exfoliation.

Rosemary Leaf Extract is used as a mild preservative.

Sodium Citrate is a salt of citric acid (derived from citrus fruit) that is used to adjust the ph level of a product.

Mica is the name of a group of minerals that come from sheet silicate. It is used as a colorant.

For shower or sink, rub the bar of soap over your skin under running water. This bar contains carefully selected ingredients which make it a slightly softer, creamy bar. To extend the life of your soap, set on a raised soap dish or surface - do not let it sit in a pool of water.
